Refunds + Returns
All sales are FINAL. D.M. Simmons is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If an order was fulfilled incorrectly please email the order number and the problem to: dsimmonsmaster [at] gmail.com.

Damaged Items
D.M. Simmons will offer a replacement for damaged items. In the event this occurs, please contact dsimmonsmaster [at] gmail.com and will we work with you to replace your item.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped in accordance with store shipping terms. If an item is out of stock, customer will be notified and order held until the out of stock item is back in stock. Once the item is restocked, the entire order will ship out. D.M. Simmons offers shipping via USPS Media Mail. D.M. Simmons does not have control over shipping and/or delivery delays.
