Refunds + Returns
All sales are FINAL. D.M. Simmons is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If an
order was fulfilled incorrectly please email the order number and the problem to: dsimmonsmaster [at] 

Damaged Items 
D.M. Simmons will offer a replacement for damaged items. In the event this occurs, please contact dsimmonsmaster [at] and will we work with you to replace your item.

Orders will be shipped out within 7-10 business days, unless one or more items need to be restocked. If an item is out of stock, customer will be notified. Once the item is restocked, the entire order will ship out. D.M. Simmons does not have control over shipping and/or delivery delays. D.M. Simmons offers shipping via USPS Media Mail, 
USPS Priority Mail, and USPS International First-Class.
